The door lock is sturdy and attractive but the indoor lock on the main lock set catches intermittently and will not lock door.I got this to replace an old, grody, door knob and deadbolt. I'm a 63 yr old female, this is the first door knob I've ever installed. It went relatively well, the few hangups were due to me putting it in upside down, and then, backwards (I was having one of those days, lol). I did not have to drill holes, I used the existing ones, so that helped. The directions are not as clear as they could be, and the marks on the pieces required reading glasses to see, but I muddled through and had both pieces installed in about half an hour.They look very nice, the gold finish pops on the salmon color door. I've got compliments on it already.It came with six keys, way more than I need, but it's nice to know I'll always have spares.All in all, I'm very happy with it.I bought this set of knobs and locks to replace locks in a home we just purchased. We wanted to have the same key for all 3 doors and deadbolts and this set provided that. Installation of the knobs was quite easy, although I had to modify a couple of the door jamb plates to accept the bolt. The deadbolts were a bit trickier in that the directions did not warn of the need to mate the prongs of the two cylinders correctly in order to have the deadbolt extended. I figured that out the hard way on the first one I installed. Nicely curved brass-colored handles - very nice looking.Very difficult to install trying to align screws into opposing holes. Then 2 weeks later mechanism inside lock dislodged making it impossible to turn levers. We threw away the shipping box so now we cannot return the broken lockUsed to replace existing knobs. Product as advertised. 3 keys per lock! Looks good.The picture shown 2 set of locks but when it arrived is only one set. The picture is misleading.This is a very nice set that was easy to install. It replaced some very old hardware, making for an excellent, smooth opening entry and locking system. Many keys are included.Easy installation.The door handles are loose. Can be tighten with small adjustments.Overall quality. Great price for the locks!
