ThanksThere’s no way to use this if the top edge of your oven is curved at all.I hate to be this person but this was absorlute garbage, I followed the instructions exactly gave it the full 72 hours then opened the oven door and as soon as it touched the plastic it fell off I didn't even get chance to try a little pull against it to check sturdiness as it had already gone.I have a Hotpoint electrical cooker with grill above the main oven. I have two of these attached to the grill door to swing down to lock the oven door. They work great: stick well, move in and out of 'lock' easily, look inoffensive. Because of the size of them, they do prevent me from fully opening the grill door. However, I can still use the grill.We ended up using this to prevent our toddler getting into the cupboard under sink, works a treat! Easy to fit, very strong adhesion and quick and easy to lock/ unlock. Ended up buying another for the Grandies to use at their house for same purposeAmazing suction1.5 year old always tugging at the oven door to open but this has held amazingly wellExtremely pleased with the safety it providesA definite must have for homes with kids
