Is a robust well made product with one major issue for us. The finger / hand grab part of inside left latch is made with very close to door panel making it difficult for older arthritic hands / fingers to reach behind it to pull door shut. I can do it most easily by using small finger only which stresses my weakest little finger. Mine did come with 4 quality keys that work both latch and deadbolt which we are very pleased about. We used graphite on all moving parts before installing as whole mechanism was very stiff to operate out of the packaging. Would buy again but might use old back plate from factory original if needing to replace in future.Just what i expected. All metal construction (except for the dead bolt handle that you turn to throw the dead bolt). It is pretty heavy too, package said 2.7lbs and I believe it! I thought the description said deadbolt and lock were keyed the same, they arent though. You get 4 keys, 2 work the lock, other 2 the deadbolt. It's not that big a deal though. The screws that hold the lock together (inside to outside) seem cheap. I might replace those with better quality before I install it. Overall i am very pleased. Its exactly what i was looking for.I'll give them credit for the *very* quick shipping turnaround. Package got here about a week faster than the Amazon estimate. Solid. So for other items, I might consider this company again, but the item description issues make me hesitant (see below).Ok, but now the bad news about this lockset in particular: It's awful.- The screws are too short. You will *NOT* be able to install this out of the box with the provided screws, and the OEM Lippert lock I'm replacing uses thicker screws. Hope you're doing this replacement at home base and not out in the forest without a hardware store around.- Deadbolt and latch lock are keyed differently. The description says its keyed the same. Wrong. Therefore, between this replacement door and the remaining OEM second door to the trailer, I will now have three identical-looking keys which will SERIOUSLY be a problem in the dark.- The lever behind the inside door handle that actually pulls on the latch is WAY shorter than the OEM version. That means that if your door is closer to the 1 1/2 inch width side of the range and you pull the handle all the way with *ANY* amount of force, it slips the lever. If you have only one door to your rig and don't have a screwdriver on ya, you are climbing out the window.Several people below have mentioned the key problem and the fact it cannot go to 1 1/2 inch thick door widths (mine is a touch thinner than 1 1/2, and it still didn't work). However the description remains unedited.I purchased a replacement door lock for my camper, thinking I was getting a new set of door latches. The item condition was described as "new". Very surprised at the product when it arrived. The latches looked used and repainted with shiny black paint. They were also scratched in several places. I replaced the old ones with them anyway, because the only key we had was broken (no way to lock door). Our old ones actually looked better than these. Product quality was less than par, but they work (for now).I can say that delivery was great...got the order in two days.Went in pretty easyI liked the value of the product and used them to replace the door handles/locks on our camper. The only thing I didnt like was that they weren't keyed alike. It was defective so bad that it broke off and locked me in my trailer and I was literally locked in my RV and couldn't get out until I had a friend take the lock apart so I could get out and then I had to live in a campground with no door lock and it was very scary so I stayed up all night long for days and slept all day until a replacement lock came and someone installed it for me.It was tough for me as a woman by myself in a campground I taped my self in at night with cheap tape to keep the door closed because there was no mechanism. I was stranded with no car but Yah protecting me.Look to be made of good quality. Will know more when they have been installed for 2 years. Keys are cheap thin and flimsy but you get 4 keys so just try to to brake them all too fast
