This company seems to based in China, and the automated estimated time for delivers was over 4 weeks, I got the hardware in less than a week.I asked several questions on the Amazon site late at night on the USA pacific coast and got responses within a few hours. When the package arrived upon inspection of the hardware, unfortunately the door guides were missing. I contacted the Vendor and they got back very quickly and said they would send a replacement. Very happy with their service. My installation was for a 6 foot door opening so we used a double 6 foot kit.Now for the product. Well made and stout iron/steel. All hardware (other than missing item) included, although there are no door handles. We mounted the rails, and waited for our ordered doors. I was going to make my barn doors, but after pricing wood, time involved making them and the lack of room to build them for not much more in cost, I picked up a couple of interior SOLID CORE doors with nice architectural features. I got solid core doors so I could drill where ever I needed to mount the door hangers as hollow doors left question as to where you might drill and find solid wood for the door hangers. As it turns out I couldn't mount the the hangers at the recommended distance from the edge due to the outside design features of the door. This did cause some problems with the door stoppers as they are design for 6 inch mounting from the edges. With my required mounting, my doors do not open all the way in the 6 foot opening, but I can live with that.Suggestion that you be very accurate in all leveling measurements. The rollers of the door hangers roll very smoothly and easily. I leveled the horizontal rails and my bubble in the level was only slightly edging to one side of the { 0} and as a result, the door won't stay closed on its own. My fault not the hardware. I'll fix this by adding a little "bump" of something (solder perhaps) on the track the wheels runs on. The wheel will roll over when opened and closed but not allow it to roll on its own.Another leveling issue that may cause problems is when the two doors close at the center i.e. getting the two doors to a-line when in the close position. I've made the door hanger holes slightly larger and oblong to allow for adjustments. Works just fine.I received the missing hardware about the same time as the doors from Lowles. So it all worked out.. Very happy with the hardware provided and the service from this vendor.I have another door I'm considering a slider for and I would buy from these folks again.
