Updated review: So I completely forgot about my review for this thing. We've been using it for 3 1/2 years now. That first week or so was annoying when we locked ourselves out but for all of my house guests and visitors, it just hasn't been a problem. The push, pull, twist is great. We have it installed on French doors to the deck. With arms full of groceries, you can kinda sweep it with an elbow and pull it open enough to get your foot through. Heading out with a tray of food, you just open it with your butt.We have some kids that are really rough on the handle so this might not be a problem for you but a few of times a year, the handle falls to the floor and you need to grab the hex wrench to tighten the handle. Last year I finally went to the hardware store to get a longer hex screw so it could be tightened down better. I haven't had trouble since.Pros: Very convenient, looks good onCons: It is possible to accidentally lock yourself out. Keep the hex wrench handy, to tighten the handle.Yes, hide a key somewhere. Yes, a twist design to the lock would be better. Yes, I would buy it again.Original review Feb 20, 2021: None of the pictures showed the interior side of the entry lock. I assumed this would match their other designs with a turn-type locking mechanism. Instead it has a button style lock like you might find on a bathroom door.I have had this installed for 5 days and it is way too easy to accidentally lock yourself outside. Everyone in the household has been locked out at least once because when pushing on the handle you will inadvertently also touch the lock.The concept of the handle is great but I am very disappointed with the lock. The only way to lock the door is via the button. You cannot lock it with the key.I hope support will have a fix or a work-around but I have a feeling I will have no choice but to return it.If you decide to buy it, don't make my mistake of getting the lock rekeyed until after you try it out for yourself and make sure you hide a key "under the mat."
